User Responsibilities

- Ensure all details such as delivery address and contact information are correct.
- Avoid requesting any illegal, restricted, or prohibited items under Bangladeshi law.
Order Confirmation & Payment
Once you submit a product request, we will verify the item, calculate total costs (product price, international shipping, customs duty, and local delivery), and send you a quotation.
- Orders are confirmed only after full payment is received.
- All payments are final once processed. No cancellations are accepted after purchase..
Pricing and Currency
All prices are quoted in BDT and are subject to change based on product availability, currency rates, and shipping fees. You will always be informed of the final price before payment.
Shipping & Delivery
We handle sourcing, international shipping, customs clearance, and delivery within Bangladesh.

Customs & Import Duties
